Writer: Rajni Tripathi is a certified Multidisciplinary Yoga instructor (200+ R.Y.T) trained by Daniel E. Hickman and Jolene Ryan in a cohesive blend of yoga styles incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa and the modern mind/body culture. Traveling and living in India allowed her to become further immersed in her heritage and eventually led her to the ancient practice of yoga and beyond. Rajni’s practice first started with traditional Hatha yoga and later on expanded into Vinyasa and other styles. Her sessions involve music, meditation, breathing techniques (pranayama) and the physical elements of yoga (asanas) to promote, integrate and unify the breath/body/mind connection. She incorporates any element that is conducive/needed for her students in each class and strives to spread yoga in the community and experience it in nature. She is a lover of earth, books, music and anything 4-legged and furry.
